Articles Pemar S. L. reserves the right to vary the type of delivery and the company by which it is made, regardless of the discussion in these pages provided that no way be detrimental to the client.

Delivery times are indicative , will depend on the availability of products in stock . The delay did not involve or cancellation, or refund , no place to claim, stipulated serving notice.

Costs of transportation and way back in warranty will be paid by the customer.

Every receipt must be carried out in the presence of the carrier and the content should be checked before signing the delivery note of the carrier and disorderly handwritten note on the bill . You should also confirm these reservations to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery and transmit a copy.
